Our Background

EDGE Academy was founded inside the Mellors Group to address a growing need for structured, reliable, and scalable training across the amusement and leisure industry. After demonstrating significant improvements in staff competency, onboarding speed, and operational safety, EDGE expanded beyond its original remit.
